• Provide patients with basic hygiene care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meals and feeding to promote good nutrition and hydration.
• Perform vital sign checks, such as taking the patient's temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist patients with mobility and ambulating, as needed.
• Adjust patient positions and movements in bed or wheelchair, as needed, to prevent bedsores.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including nurses and physicians, to provide excellent patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document any changes in patient's condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a CNA or HHA.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and transferring patients.
• Flexibility with work schedule, including availability for night and weekend shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to the workplace.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
