We are looking for a Regional Intake Specialist to join our Ultimate team for the Northeast Region. As a Regional Intake Specialist, your key role will be to help us educate our consumers on available services across multiple state locations. In addition, working with our ultimate team internally to onboard and enroll new patients and caregivers for applicable care services. This is an exciting role that works with an Ultimate team! What are we looking for?
- Intake experience working for a licensed home care agency but open to training the right candidate!
- A positive attitude: you are a team player, and you work effectively with different teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams internally to ensure a smooth intake process for clients seeking home care services.
- Manage in bound and outbound contacts under defined follow up timelines.
- Educate and inform consumers about the range of care services available in different state locations.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and interactions.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, while advocating for our patients and caregivers through the process to start home care services.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and independence in managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care intake coordination is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who exhibits enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Customer service experience in a home care environment is a plus, showcasing your ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential for managing documentation and data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- A proactive go-getter attitude that enables you to find creative solutions and make the most of available resources.
