We are Citadel Home Care, a leader in home health care and we are looking for a Scheduling Supervisor to join our team. As the Scheduling Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating home care visits for patients. You will be working closely with our team of caregivers to ensure that our patients receive high-quality care and support in their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate home care visits for patients
- Communicate with patients and family members to provide information about home care services and answer any questions
- Work closely with our team of caregivers to ensure that they have all the information and resources they need to provide the best care possible
- Maintain accurate records of patient schedules and caregiver assignments
- Respond to scheduling changes and adjustments in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure that patient needs are being met
- Provide support to caregivers as needed to ensure that they are able to deliver high-quality care to our patients
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling or healthcare coordination
- 1-2 year in management (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home care regulations and guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
