Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join us on a full-time 4-month contract from October through January 2023. The ideal candidate will have the trust and skills to work with our top beauty clients, bringing a high-end design sensibility to the Amazon Marketplace. While our office is in NYC, this position can be fully remote or hybrid, depending on your preferences.
Role Responsibilities:
- Translate a brand's visual identity to the Amazon Marketplace.
- Review, organize, and request brand assets.
- Design visual content based on content lead/copywriter briefs.
- Edit and revise content as needed.
- Maintain open communication with the internal team on project status and requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Projects include Amazon storefront landing pages, A+ content (similar to email blasts or product display pages), and other Amazon visual content types such as interactive sliders or main image carousels.
- Use our assignment and communication systems, including Asana and Slack.
Requirements
- 4+ years of agency or in-house beauty brand experience.
- Strong background, knowledge, and experience in beauty brands.
- Interest in e-commerce and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Adobe Illustrator amp; Photoshop).
- Ensure high standards and quality assurance in all work to maintain cohesion, consistency, and alignment with the brand.
- Quick adaptation to new design formats and guidelines.
- Amazon experience is a plus, but not necessary we welcome your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
