The Sr. Director of Implementation will manage a team of Project Managers and Clinical Recruitment Managers who will be responsible for facilitating and successfully delivering implementations of the Citeline Connect product suite. The Sr. Director of Implementations will work closely with the pre-sales team and support sales activities as needed. He/She will support the product team on assigned projects from inception to completion. He/She will support the PM and CRM team on day-to-day project management and client management activities. The Sr. Director of Implementations will work closely with the technical and support teams providing direction on specific tasks that will enable project success.

The Sr. Director of Implementations will have an expert understanding of Citeline Connect’s suite of solutions which include a public facing website and a clinical trial recruitment platform.

  • Manage a team of Project Managers and Clinical Recruitment Specialists
  • Manage and deliver successful customer implementations
  • Monitor success of clinical trial recruitment projects post-implementation
  • Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional service during Implementation
  • Collaborate with Technical and Product teams to ensure application meets customer needs
  • Support pre-sales team with sales activities for the patient engagement and recruitment product suite as needed
  • Ensures that project teams follow Citeline Connect standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist customer with current and future state business process definition
  • Interact with Support team to ensure a smooth hypercare period and handover post implementation
  • Maintain expert knowledge of IRB and EC approval requirements
  • Maintains a familiarity with GCP guidelines
  • Lead team in meeting annual goals, including revenue goals
  • Serves as primary point of contact of delivery with assigned accounts
  • Schedules and runs project meetings and routine governance meetings
  • Handles conflict resolution, main point of contact for escalations
  • Provides frequent and routine updates on key account project status
  • Works with partner team and finance team on billing and invoicing activities
  • Other duties as assigned

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $220,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
