Summary
The Director of Treasury serves a critical role and will work with various levels of the company as well as external partners. This position will assist in the implementation of cash management tools and strategies. Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the organization’s cash management function that includes reporting and processing banking transactions, funding and cash flow forecasting, fostering banking relationships and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities
- Partnering with Integrations teams, establish relationships with new practices and obtain banking and credit card access.
- Establish proper bank sweep process to cover practice operating expenses.
- Prepare funds flow schedules and accompanying wires/ACH’s to support Mamp;A activities.
- Collaborate with Accounting department to enhance processes, accuracy in reporting and prepare forecasts.
- Evaluate processes and lead implementation of technology/tools to maximize efficiency and automation.
- Manage company’s weekly cash flow forecast to ensure sufficient funds to conduct daily activities.
- Manage banking relationships and evaluate banking structure to optimize efficiency and reduce fees.
- Provide audit documentation to external auditors as required.
- Complete ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested.
- Other duties as needed or required.
- Ability to work cross functionally with all business departments.
- Experience developing internal and external partnerships.
- Excellent technical knowledge of cash management processes is essential and knowledge of GAAP as it relates to cash management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- MBA (not required but preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Treasury, preferably in the healthcare industry
- CTP and/or CPA preferred.
