Bollore Logistics is seeking an Import Coordinator (IFFO) to join our team in the logistics and supply chain industry. We're looking for an experienced Import Coordinator to join our team and continue our legacy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate seamless and timely import operations, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and resolve customs issues with authorities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with shipment scheduling and provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their shipments.
- Work with transport providers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth import shipments.
- Review and maintain customs and import documentation to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, customs authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure satisfactory performance on all fronts.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in import coordination or a similar role in logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
