The temporary employee will be responsible for data collection and updating within several systems, in order to ensure quality consistency in our raw materials.
The job includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
- Updates to specifications and tests in the Microsoft Access database.
- Review and update of specification and control limits for materials on a periodic basis.
- Assembly of supplier performance data from Quality and Supply Chain for scorecard reporting.
- Collaborating with survey responses from external vendors.
- Drafting and maintaining Technical Supply Agreements.
Qualifications:
- BS in Chemistry or Chem Engineering is required with a Chemical Quality background.
- The only other preference is for Export Control purposes.
- Candidate needs to be able to work with products that may be subject to Export Control restrictions.
- They’ll have to undergo validation (passport review, other items).
- No physical requirements.

- Candidate who is self-driven and able to drive projects forward when there’s not a clear path.
- Candidate with an understanding of chemistry, it doesn’t have to be deep.
- Candidate with a familiarity with statistics.
- MUST have good written communication skills, because part of the job will involve writing emails to internal and external global partners.
