Job Description
ContinuumCloud offers a spectrum of cloud-based software solutions intentionally designed to meet the unique needs of the behavioral health and human services industry. These solutions include an EHR platform, powered by Welligent, an HR amp; Payroll system, powered by DATIS HR Cloud, as well as a Patient Engagement Platform, powered by CaredFor. How you’ll make an impact:
- Design and implement testing plans for changes and enhancements to product features and functionality
- Conduct regression testing
- Ensure the final product satisfies the requirements and meets end-user expectations
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to development team
- Evaluate software for release readiness
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Customer Support to understand and investigate complex issues
- Partner with product team on product designs and specifications
- Assist the product team with product reviews to identify areas to enhance the product’s efficiency and improve the end-user experience
- Work closely with other product engineers, automation engineers and product teammates. We work within sprints and release at the end of alternating sprints.
- Tracking progress on product issue resolutions
Requirements

You are curious, detail oriented and pragmatic with a focus on quality. You have these skills and a desire to build on some of these areas:
- 1-2 years of professional software quality assurance experience, or equivalent experience in a product expert role.
- An understanding of Welligent, Billing and Clinical EHR fundamentals
- Excellent understanding of our industry and the customers we serve
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative, innovative, and abstract thinker with ability to see how small details impact the big picture
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and software development life cycle
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps and Salesforce
- Knowledge of simple query language for data setup steps.
- QA Automation experience preferred.
