Key Responsibilities
Manage Customer Service Emails: Efficiently handle, sort, and respond to incoming customer service emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
Social Media Engagement: Manage comments, DMs, and overall engagement on our social media platforms, specifically Instagram and Facebook.
Manage Photoshoots: Coordinate photoshoots including liaising with all involved parties, determining props, items to bring, attire, and other logistical details.
Ad Hoc Projects: Perform various tasks and projects as needed to support business operations.
Manage Google Ads: If experienced, oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve set goals. (Experience is a plus but not mandatory)
