Job Description
Lazarus Naturals, a consumer goods company that specializes in hemp-based CBD, is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to join their team. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to customers. This person will work closely with internal departments, including production, sales, and finance, as well as external partners, to manage the company's supply chain and procurement processes. Additionally, the Senior Manager, Supply Chain will uphold Lazarus Naturals' commitment to quality, affordability, and accessibility in all aspects of the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating prices and contracts, sourcing new suppliers, and monitoring performance.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including forecasting demand, tracking inventory levels, and identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators and metrics related to supply chain performance.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve supply chain processes and systems.
- Manage logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or procurement, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains and vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
