Job Description

Treblle is a leading all-in-one platform for the entire API lifecycle. Our platform is designed for Engineering and DevOps teams looking to build, ship, and maintain APIs more efficiently. With Treblle's platform, companies get access to a multitude of features including API monitoring and observability, auto-generated API docs, API analytics, Treblle API score, native Treblle apps, and API lifecycle collaboration out of the box.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, nurturing them through the sales cycle, and setting up demos with potential clients. You'll be an integral part of our sales team and will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll be doing:
  • Work with the sales management and cross-functional teams to create strategic targets to identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed strategic goals amp; committed targets by engaging with leads and enabling the next step in the sales cycle
  • With consultative engagement you will qualify leads by understanding business challenges while also educating them on the value of Treblle
  • Complete detailed research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts amp; critical account information
  • Identify amp; target strategic new prospects that would accelerate territory growth
  • Select and engage with prospects that are identified through marketing efforts
  • Become an expert in sales prospecting platforms and tooling
  • Use identified customer challenges to prescribe relevant campaigns and events to drive engagement
  • Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects and leads.
  • Self-audit activity to ensure accuracy amp; to enable improvement
  • Proactively learn Treblle’s product, competitive products, and market knowledge via website, online webinars, amp; other marketing information.
  • Update lead status and all prospect interactions in the CRM application daily

Requirements

What you’ll need:
  • Nearly 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Rep with a track record of achieving quotas
  • Experience in dealing with technology-related products and/or services - developer tooling, DevOps, Cloud Platforms, etc.
  • Eager to constantly learn and adopt new skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, both within the sales department as well as cross-functionally
  • Ability to work in an international and remote environment
  • Ability to be flexible, agile, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A creative problem-solving approach to the sales process
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
