What is this opportunity?

The Senior Manager of Product and Customer Marketing will be a highly motivated and strategic member of the Marketing team at Eleos Health. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aimed at optimizing customer acquisition; increasing product adoption, engagement, retention, and evangelism; and driving overall business growth.

Your focus will be aligning our product offerings with the evolving needs of our target customers and effectively communicating the value we provide across the customer lifecycle. This will require you to partner with teammates in Marketing as well as Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, Solution Engineering and Product teams. You will coordinate, manage, and execute the upstream and downstream activities that not only drive and empower our current go-to-market strategy, but also influence Eleos Health’s strategic direction.

A successful candidate has several years of experience managing product and customer marketing programs for high-growth B2B companies. More specifically:

  • You love customers. Some would even call you customer-obsessed. You want to know what motivates them, what frustrates them, how they think, and what they need to be happy and successful in their day-to-day.
  • You’re skilled in overall product marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, and content development. You also have a proven track record of utilizing your excellent project management skills to thoughtfully plan and execute successful product and feature launches that resonate with specific audience needs.
  • You leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your marketing strategies. You’re confident in your ability to determine the success or failure of an initiative based on what the data says, and you know how to communicate that insight to company leadership and your teamthus fostering an intellectually curious, data-driven culture.
  • You are a passionate storyteller with the ability to understand industry challenges, trends, and technical conceptsand then turn them into compelling content.
  • You bring clarity and conciseness to product communications, ensuring messages are clear, straightforward, value-driven, and optimized for a variety of media (e.g., sales materials, website, email, and other relevant channels).
  • You like technology. You are very familiar with various business and marketing platforms, and you can ramp up on the technical minutiae of our product quickly.
  • You are flexible and adaptable. You can navigate ambiguity. However, you also enjoy creating structures and processes to help scale collaborative work in a rapidly growing organization.
  • You are self-motivated and constantly seek out ways to drive efficiency for you and your team.


How will you contribute?

As an audience-focused Senior Manager of Product and Customer Marketing, you will:

  • Establish and manage the customer and product marketing function to support revenue and customer experience objectives
  • Collaborate with GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Rev Ops, Product, Solution Engineering) to deploy customer- and prospect-facing communications that align with the needs of specific personas, drive market adoption of Eleos Health, and optimize the customer experience
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry/market trends, keep an eye on the competition, and understand the evolving needs of prospects and customers, translating insights gleaned into actionable product marketing strategies.
  • Create targeted messaging that accurately captures audience challenges and matches them to Eleos solutions, emphasizing the unique value of our products. Continuously evaluate and enhance buyer/user personas and positioning/messaging frameworks to reflect changing market needs.
  • Strengthen competitive intelligence (e.g., by conducting win/loss analysis and creating battlecards) to demonstrate why Eleos Health is the best solution to our target audience’s challenges.
  • Partner with the Product team to enhance and execute product/feature GTM launch strategies, including internal communication, training, and GTM team enablement
