Firstat Nursing Services an affiliate of Parx Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Home Health RN to provide quality care to patients in Brevard county. This role requires professional and compassionate nursing care, while promoting maximum patient comfort in the comfort of their own home. The selected candidate will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic, and patient-centered team, that believes in making a positive impact in their community by providing quality care and excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patients' medical histories, symptoms, vital signs, and other information.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' condition.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Must be a registered nurse with an active license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of home health care experience as an RN.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of nursing assessment procedures and protocols.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
