Job Description

CHI is a nonprofit, mission-driven research and consulting group advancing equity and well-being in our communities through deep expertise and implementational know-how. We improve health by simplifying the complex, providing context, and advancing policies that make a difference. Our work is guided by our mission of improving the health of all Coloradans through independent research, analysis, and insight that advance sound policies and decisions.

We carry out our work in two ways.

  • We provide consulting services to organizations that share our mission of improving health for all.
  • We focus on three areas of work that we believe are key to making Colorado a healthier place to live climate and health, behavioral health, and integrating systems of care. This work, called our Health Agenda, is funded by philanthropic support.

Our culture is team-based and highly collaborative. We work hard and take our commitment to the community and our clients seriously, and we balance that with nerdy fun.
