Billing/HR Account Manager

Position Requirements
· Manage the onboarding and maintenance of 150 Customer Services Representatives (CSRs)
· Track weekly attendance and performance to ensure service level agreements for the call center.
· Validate weekly timesheets and oversee biweekly payroll for the call center account.
· Lead communications between KBI executive team and the Call Center CSRs amp; managers.
· Validate and submit accurate monthly billing of service hours worked for all CSRs.
· Report Monthly and Quarterly payroll, Billing, and retention reports.
· Maintain CSR staffing levels.
Requirements
Desired Experience
· BA in Business or 3 years of experience with staff management, billing, and HR duties.
· Experience with NYS Contracting and related reporting requirements.
· Staff/Account management.
· Strong Office 365 (MS Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive) and communication skills required.
· Experience with 3rd party back-office applications for Payroll, HR, and Accounting highly desired.
