Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets
  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced business and learning experts, providing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program design and delivery aligns with client needs and expectations
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and work with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations
  • Maintain a keen awareness of industry practices and trends to inform program development, delivery, and differentiation
  • Work collaboratively with Duke University's wider programs and initiatives to leverage institutional resources and maximize impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as management, business administration, or organizational psychology
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting or related industries, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles
  • Deep knowledge of management consulting practices, including program design, delivery, and impact measurement
  • Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to build long-lasting partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering persuasive presentations and proposals in a senior leadership context
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies, including identifying and pursuing business opportunities
