Mon Fri As of July 2023, the Ghost Robot full-time staff is working with the hybrid schedule in the office three days a week, Tuesday - Wednesday, and as needed, to support projects and production crews - which could mean in the office every day.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Staff Production Coordinator supports production and post-production for all projects at Ghost Robot. The primary responsibilities are resource outreach - crews, crews, crews. This means sending and responding to hundreds and hundreds of emails per day and keeping track of many different crew positions, dates, and status of all the upcoming projects. You’re the first person crew people hear from on our team, so you need to get to know them, know the agents, make calls, and pick up the phone. It’s a large communication job. This is a full-time production support position, the Staff Coordinator is not actively coordinating individual shoots; they are supporting multiple production teams.
The Coordinator also helps organize and track other resources for projects, including vendors and stages. This includes research for equipment, municipal film permits, vehicles, crew flights, and travel.
The Staff Production Coordinator liaises with freelance production crews to help manage paperwork, payroll, timecards, and insurance. The PC also assists with project wrap, closing paperwork, and managing documents and media for archiving. The Staff Production Coordinator must have a general knowledge of film and video production, crew positions, post-production, and post-production positions.
The Staff Production Coordinator is the point person on equipment check-out and returns for company-owned gear, hard drives, computers, and production supplies and also helps the studio manager with day-to-day physical operations in the studio.
You must have strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. The perfect candidate knows how to build a spreadsheet to track and communicate any kind of information efficiently. They can juggle a dozen Google calendars (actually two dozen) all while managing requests from 4 freelance producers and two staff producers.
There will be at least two rounds of interviews for selected candidates, as well as a self-directed proficiency test.
