As a Media Buyer of OnePlus, you will play a critical role in driving our digital advertising success through Google Ads. Your expertise in media buying, data analysis, and campaign optimization will be key to achieving and surpassing marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
Media Buying Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage media buying strategies for Google Ads campaigns, in alignment with goals and budgets.
Build Google Ad Campaigns: Create and implement Google ad campaigns: Utilize your expertise in Google Ads to create and execute strategic campaigns including but not limited to Search Ads, Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Display Network Ads that align with the company’s marketing objectives. This includes keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and ongoing optimization to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization to then execute on. Make data-driven decisions to enhance click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS).
Budget Management: Efficiently allocate budgets across campaigns and ad groups to maximize ROI and achieve clients' desired outcomes.
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords, ensuring ads are targeted to the most relevant audience.
Ad Creation and Testing: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visually appealing creatives. Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad variations.
Bid Management: Strategically manage bids to ensure competitive ad placements and cost-effectiveness.
Audience Targeting: Implement advanced audience targeting strategies to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Conducting in-depth analysis of Search Terms to identify positive keywords to optimize and refine campaign targeting.
Managing negative keywords by regularly reviewing Search Terms data for exclusion to ensure campaign efficiency.
Improving ad strength by reviewing and enhancing ad copy and visuals to enhance ad performance.
Conducting research for keyword gaps to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Utilizing observational audience data to adjust bids.
Preparing weekly data reports to monitor campaign performance to generate insightful reports for internal stakeholders.
Managing Google Merchant Shopping updates to optimize product listings and visibility on Google's shopping platform.
