LAC Federal is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to work part-time supporting a team in redeveloping a website for a major federal agency. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development and testing of website from initial requirements documentation to development, implementation and launch. This position is a remote opportunity with flexible work hours.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain web applications and tools
- Collaborate with the development team to prioritize, build, and release software features
- Work with the quality assurance team to test software changes and identify and resolve issues
- Write clean, well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards
- Participate in code reviews to ensure consistency and quality of the codebase
- Mentoring junior developers on the development team
- Work with other departments to integrate software with external systems and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in full stack web development
- At least 3+ years of experience with Drupal in responsive design to accommodate multiple browsers and devices
- Experience developing Drupal nodes and themes
- Experience implementing single-sign on
- Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, and ExpressJS
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Experience using S3 and GitLab
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
