Job Description

Our partner in Kenosha, WI, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a consultative Human Resources resource and liaison.
  • Interpret, advise on, apply, and disseminate complex policies, procedures, and options to leadership and employees.
  • Recommend best strategies in line with established objectives and goals.
  • Facilitate and process complex transactions and programs based on established policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits of human resources reports to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for various HR functions such as employee relations, training, benefits, recruitment, compensation, and payroll.
  • Receive and respond to inquiries in-person, via email, and through various communication mediums.
  • Relay information to appropriate entities.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and direct staff implementation of initiatives aligned with strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus but not required.
  • Five to seven years of human resources experience.
  • Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, CP, or S-CP.
  • Knowledge of the WorkDay Enterprise Management system and higher education institutions is advantageous.
