Parallel Employment is currently seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team in the warehousing industry. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and provide administrative support across all departments. Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintaining and organizing the reception area to create a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Assisting in the coordination of meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing meeting rooms.
- Assisting in the preparation of necessary documents and reports for various departments.
- Data entry/input orders
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
