Job Description

As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the travel industry. The Sales and Marketing Director will also identify new business opportunities, drive customer acquisition and retention, and analyze market trends to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
  • Manage a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, guidance, and ongoing training and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and alliances
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify areas for expansion and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as travel suppliers
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the leisure and travel industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
