Role Summary

The Implementation Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials aimed at educating business clients and partners on the functionalities, features, and best practices related to our Keeper services. The goal is to ensure clients and partners can effectively utilize the software to drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the unique needs of business clients and partners.
  • Training Material Creation: Create engaging and effective training materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other resources to facilitate learning.
  • Tailor training content to different audience types and skill levels, ensuring the material is clear, concise, and easily digestible.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using our products and can maximize their benefits.
  • Technical Support: Offer continuous level 1 related technical support to clients, adeptly troubleshooting issues and efficiently resolving any concerns as they arise. Furthermore, proactively recognize and rectify project-related risks and issues, promptly escalating them when required.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars virtually, providing guidance on software usage, customization, and optimization. Ensure interactive and participatory training sessions that encourage questions, discussions, and hands-on experience.
  • Client and Partner Engagement: Engage with clients and partners to assess training needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve training programs and materials. Offer post-training support and follow-up sessions to address questions, provide clarifications, and ensure successful adoption of Keeper.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client configurations, customizations, and communication to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each training.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with the product development team to improve the functionality and usability of our solutions.
  • Evaluation and Performance Analysis: Implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Analyze training outcomes and gather insights to refine training strategies and enhance future training initiatives.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain an organized repository of training materials and resources for easy access and reference. Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and insights gained from training sessions, aiding in product enhancements and customer support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (or a field related to project management) or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with Google docs and MS-office tools
  • Proficiency in leading external client engagements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones
