Job Description
Are you ready to take the world by storm with your creative vision and storytelling skills?Vego Garden is seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, the ideal candidate should possess excellent Photoshop skills, experience in package design, and the ability to create various design materials. If you have a strong background in DTC e-commerce companies and bring UI design experience to the table, you might be our ideal candidate! If you're passionate about creating compelling multimedia content and making a real impact, we want to hear from you!
This is a full-time role based out of Spring, TX. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating eye-catching graphics for marketing materials such as social media posts, ads, print materials, and product packaging, staying on-brand.
- Designing appealing and innovative product packaging to make our products stand out.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop design ideas that match our brand and goals.
- Using Photoshop and other design software to enhance product images for online and offline use.
- Working closely with different teams to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
- Staying updated on design trends and best practices to continually improve our designs.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Collaborating with creative, marketing, and related teams to meet design specifications and brand standards.
- Working with the development team on user-friendly UI designs for our digital platforms.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in package design, Photoshop expertise, and DTC companies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design software.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that designs are pixel-perfect and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency and passion for modern Design and DTC styles, bringing creativity and innovation to every project.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to work seamlessly with diverse groups of people, including staff, members, and collaborators, while also being comfortable working independently.
- Strong project management skills, allowing you to juggle multiple projects, respond to immediate requests, and thrive in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in UI/UX design is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, as we embrace and celebrate a diverse global workforce.
