Position Summary:

The Logistics Operations Management will handle domestic and international transportation while optimizing operations and provide satisfactory customer service and maintaining data entry and reporting. This position will manage and provide the support for Logistics Operation Management of trucking, ocean and air cargo.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for LSP(Logistics Service Provider) Management
  • Create and report to HQ (Proposal, Performance report for revenue)
  • Develop/Enhance supply chain process for efficiency and organize KPI’s
  • Manage transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
  • Be responsible for responding to customers’ inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
  • Arrange special shipping arrangements as necessary
  • Manage booking status for all inbound shipments
  • Data entry in operation system (Cello)
  • Manage tracking information and fix the shipping errors during the shipment process
  • Ensure the quality of all services provided and meets the required standards from company policy

Requirements

  • High school diploma/ GED required
  • 0~5 years of relevant experience in logistics Industry.
  • General computer skills including MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to properly handle confidential information
  • Possess good planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Import logistics experience preferred.
  • Korean-Bilingual preferred to communicate with HQ and custmers
  • Work Location: 284Mawsons Way, Newberry, SC 29108 (Onsite)
  • Travel %: up to 10% in US
