Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and process optimization.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve inventory management and reduce lead times.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of supply chain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through effective risk management strategies.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance supply chain visibility and traceability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain analysis and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and transportation processes.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and international trade compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
