Seeking an LPN In Home Field Nurse in the Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas.

Pay range - $45,000-60,000

Job Duties
- Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
- May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
- Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed
- Follow state approved care plan
- Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
- Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license
- In Home experience preferred
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must possess reliable transportation in good standing and current auto insurance.
