Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision and Leadership
    • Supervise and provide leadership to a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
    • Lead and manage staff effectively.
  2. Communication and Coordination
    • Maintain daily communication with the Supervisor/Facility Manager.
    • Communicate with other markets when necessary and provide updates to Project Managers (PMs) and offsite clients.
  3. Project Management
    • Manage client projects and ensure their successful execution.
    • Upload and oversee digital files.
  4. Administrative Tasks
    • Review Menu Sheets and handle food orders.
    • Print and load incentive checks/cards for each respondent.
    • Manage FedEx packages and deliveries.
    • Compile and send reports.
    • Potentially order panel and office supplies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and inform the Facility Manager if needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Technical Proficiency
    • Knowledge of AV equipment, computers, and USB devices.
    • Strong technical computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  2. Project Management Skills
    • Possess strong project management skills.
  3. Logistics and Shipping
    • Familiarity with FedEx/UPS shipping procedures.
  4. Clerical and Administrative Skills
    • Competence in clerical tasks.
    • Detail-oriented and dedicated to teamwork.
    • Strong time management abilities.
  5. Personal Qualities
    • Reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive demeanor.
    • Confidence, hardworking, and an organized, professional attitude.
    • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
    • Flexibility to work a variable schedule.
    • Self-starter with the capacity to handle fast-paced, potentially stressful situations.
    • Innovative thinker with effective problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in both oral and written communication.
    • Familiarity with the local area and surrounding locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality and management field
