The space150 Media Supervisor is an integral part of our agency and works closely with our clients and internal teams to create, execute, report and optimize on strategic media plans that drive demand for our clients’ offering.

• Team Leadership
  • Shape strategic media process for our agency and clients
  • Train and mentor team members on planning, channel, reporting and optimization best practices
  • Exhibit leadership through dedication to client deliverables and execution as well as to all space150 projects
  • Facilitate team problem solving through a positive attitude

• Client Partnership
  • Comprehend business side of media and how it contributes to the client’s bottom line
  • Maintain high level client relationships for 2+ media clients
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on analyzing and improving upon media strategies on an ongoing basis
  • Support new business development - planning and pitching
  • Execute, analyze, and optimize as needed
• Thought leadership
  • Research regularly to stay informed of new trends and best practices in order to proactively communicate what is next for our clients’ media investments
  • Contribute and lead external facing POVs
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving effectively utilizing media research and performance data

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in media or closely related discipline
• Strong understanding of media strategy and measurement
• Expert in one or more area of digital media
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to facilitate team problem solving through a positive attitude and react positively to high pressure situations
• Able to interface effectively with all levels of internal employees and external contracts
• Self-starter and results/goal oriented
