Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to hubs in Austin and San Francisco, which are now home to our US operations. So whether you're in Texas or California, you have choice in where and how you work in each of those states. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:You're probably a match if:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in global program management, with a focus on B2B marketing initiatives within the SaaS industry.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving collaboration, innovation, and results.
• Strategic Problem solver: Exceptional strategic attitude with the ability to develop and implement program management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Analytical Approach: Proven analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-motivated decisions to optimise B2B initiatives.
• Problem-Solving: Proven track record of identifying challenges, developing effective solutions, and implementing process improvements.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.

About the role:
As a Global Program Management Lead at Canva, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our B2B initiatives within the Marketing supergroup. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all B2B workstreams, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient execution, and timely delivery of projects on a global scale. This role requires a strategic attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing, you will ensure the operations of the entire global B2B org are running smoothly.
