The Opportunity
Kandji is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about technical SaaS products and ready to take their career to the next level. As an individual contributor, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Product Marketing and will be responsible for program management of go-to-market initiatives for Kandji’s new Endpoint Detection amp; Response (EDR) product line. This individual will help drive the creation, definition, execution, and delivery of product releases and campaigns to market. You will have the backing of a best-in-class team, a solid product-market fit, and a clearly defined product strategy to help you get there.
This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring frequent interactions with Kandji executive management, product management, sales leadership, and other staff members. This individual will be required to manage timely deliverables with strong communication and cross-functional partnering skills. Occasional travel to support sales amp; marketing events will be required. Candidates must be team-oriented and have a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
This position will work out of the San Francisco, CA office. Kandji offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days/week of in-office work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.How you will make a difference day to day:
  • Define, plan, and program manage the go-to-market process for Kandji’s EDR product
  • Create go-to-market strategy and marketing plans to help the company meet revenue goals
  • Develop product-level positioning and marketing messaging for our EDR offering
  • Create market requirement documents (MRD) as necessary
  • Help drive promotion and campaign awareness, acquisition, adoption, and advocacy
  • Contribute content to marketing assets such as datasheets, feature briefs, whitepapers, competitive briefs, user guides, web tutorials, and other collateral and content
  • Support PR, AR, and Demand Generation activities including webinars, trade shows, direct marketing, collateral, and customer case studies
  • Work with Revenue Operations to analyze data on competitors, deals, and customer calls
  • Conduct ongoing buyer and customer research to build persona profiles
  • Be a pivotal contributor to large-scale strategic initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with cloud-based security-related products
  • An understanding of EDR and the cybersecurity market
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on business, marketing, and technical disciplines, MBA a plus
  • Strong business acumen, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to draw conclusions based on data
  • Detail and results-oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Excellent project management skills as it relates to product marketing
  • Excellent ability to understand and translate complex technical products into layman’s language
  • Demonstrated ability to create product-led programs that support lead-generation efforts, and sales education
