Job Summary:

The Business Manager at Macworks Furniture holds a crucial position, tasked with not only overseeing daily operations but ensuring synchronization across every aspect of the business. As we set our sights on growth, the Business Manager will play an integral role in maintaining the company's foundation, all while embracing digital advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the streamlined execution of business activities, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
  • Rapidly address and resolve operational disruptions to safeguard business continuity.
  • Develop and implement best practice guidelines to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Foster inter-departmental communication and champion continuous training and development initiatives for the team.
  • Monitor the financial health of the business, ensuring transparent and compliant transactions.
  • Spearhead the company's digital presence through effective live streaming amp; social media coordination.
  • Design and manage sales funnels to boost conversion rates.
  • Ensure timely product deliveries with efficient shipping coordination, always aiming for top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly review and analyze business metrics to inform and refine strategic decisions.
  • Prioritize transparent reporting and analysis for stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, executive leadership, and others.
  • Coordinate social ecommerce across different platforms.

Requirements

  • High School diploma.
  • Minimum of 10 years of business experience, with expertise in logistics, social media management, and sales funnels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite.
  • Critical thinking ability is essential.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities are required.
  • Must demonstrate proven experience in shipping and logistics management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and sales is mandatory.
  • Operational efficiency skills should be demonstrable.
