Responsibilities
- Liaison for sales teams Houston, Austin and San Antonio, TX amp; Cincinnati, OH
- Coordinate incoming leads
- Schedule appointments for acquisition team
- Enter information from calls into our CRM
- Follow up with leads and managing customer's transactions through the purchase closing
Requirements
- The hours of this job will be Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm. This is not a remote position and will require being in the office during these times.
- We are looking for a person who would like to fill this position long term - not just to fill a temporary need.
- Excellent communication, computer, and organization skills required.
