Lead Coordinator

We are seeking a lead coordinator/appointment scheduler for our high volume real estate investment business. We are a fast growing real estate investment company. Responsibilities

• Liaison for sales teams Houston, Austin and San Antonio, TX amp; Cincinnati, OH
• Coordinate incoming leads
• Schedule appointments for acquisition team
• Enter information from calls into our CRM
• Follow up with leads and managing customer's transactions through the purchase closing

Requirements

• The hours of this job will be Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm. This is not a remote position and will require being in the office during these times.
• We are looking for a person who would like to fill this position long term - not just to fill a temporary need.
• Excellent communication, computer, and organization skills required.
