Job Description

As the Content Marketing Manager at Paymerang, your primary goal is to develop, execute, and report on a full-funnel content marketing strategy that increases organic traffic, nurtures prospects to conversions, and drives urgency to implement our solutions.

In this role, you will have influence and lead the following areas:

  • Develop and Execute Content Strategy:
    • Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives and target audience.
    • Oversee the implementation of the content strategy, ensuring consistent and high-quality content across all channels.
  • Content Creation
    • Produce a wide range of high-quality content, including blog posts, white papers, eBooks, case studies, infographics, videos, and more, that resonate with our B2B FinTech SaaS audience.
    • Craft compelling, SEO-optimized content that addresses the specific challenges, pain points, and needs of our target customers.
  • Content Promotion:
    • Develop and maintain a content promotion strategy to ensure our content reaches the right audience.
    • Leverage various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships, to maximize content distribution.
  • SEO Expertise:
    • Implement on-page and pillar-cluster SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
    • Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and algorithm updates to continually enhance our content's search visibility
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms) to track and analyze content performance.
    • Monitor key metrics such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and lead generation
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize content initiatives continuously.
  • Establishing Thought Leadership:
    • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to create insightful and informative content that positions our company as thought leaders in the B2B FinTech SaaS space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio of published work
  • Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing methodology and the customer journey
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Creative thinker who can develop strategic content plans and execute tactically
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, including Google Analytics
  • Previous experience in the B2B FinTech or SaaS industry is a plus
