What you’ll need:

Required Qualifications

  • Manages, plans, and executes multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams
  • Experienced with agile, waterfall and hybrid deployment models
  • Will work on diverse initiatives such as product management processes, code consolidation, process efficiencies, portfolio management, architecture boards and data governance tasks
  • Works independent of supervision but is a good collaborator
  • Maintains relationships with multiple clients
  • Directs and coordinates program activities and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of a program
  • Confers with Project Managers, architects, and cross organizational operations leaders to explain program and individual responsibilities for functions and phases of a program
  • Manages multiple projects across the enterprise and regularly exercises independent judgment and a high level of analytical skill in solving complex and unusual technical, administrative, and managerial problems
  • Oversees multiple software products and has end-to-end responsibility
  • Manages program risk, including pre-project preparations and day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects
  • Executes project close activities accurately and on-time
  • Oversees and develops a feasible plan for multiple software products occurring concurrently to ensure that the plan achieves the goals and objectives of the projects and aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy
  • Determines project scope and recommends and assigns resources as available for multiple projects concurrently
  • Determines estimated time and financial commitment of project, and monitors progress for multiple projects concurrently General:
  • Implements, maintains, and reports Earned Value (EV) metrics into project plans for multiple software products
  • Implements, maintains, and reports Acentra Health project delivery metrics into project plans for multiple software products
  • Monitors and develops project budget for multiple software products and tracks actual spend compared to the planned budget, escalates to senior leadership as needed
  • Works with Program Director to ensure that budgets and schedules across projects meet Acentra Health requirements
