Job Description
Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC provides distribution services and technology solutions to the entertainment industry. We help studios, broadcasters and digital retailers localize and distribute their feature and episodic titles to global audiences on-time and with superior quality.
Our service offerings cover end-to-end workflows including language services such as scripting, subtitling, access services, dubbing, text and metadata localization in over 50 languages. Our technical services master and prepare this content in all distribution products including digital cinema, digital media and physical media (Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD).
To date, we serviced thousands of titles for iTunes, Google Play, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, Movies Anywhere and others. We also authored thousands of Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD discs. Our research and development team works on cutting-edge technologies such as 4K, high dynamic range (Dolby Vision, HDR10+), artificial intelligence and machine learning, software automation and our proprietary end-to-end operating platform branded as pHelix.

The Pixelogic Creative division creates end-to-end marketing content for studios, sports and brands. Our services include strategy, concept, design, production, development and delivery. Everyone works collaboratively across disciplines to provide the most innovative content and immersive experiences.
We currently have an opening for a Production Coordinator in Burbank.
Compensation: $25-29/hour
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of production workflows
- Coordinate the production and delivery of final, approved elements
- Organize, track and update project documentation and schedules
- File preparation, project set-up, offline and online editorial support
- Ingest, transcoding, rendering, and export of multiple file formats
- Perform quality control on project timelines, digital files, documents and final outputs
- Movement of files on the production server, client review, archives, etc.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set:
- Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Production Coordinator at a creative house or
- equivalent position
- Proven ability to work quickly and independently, anticipating, recognizing, and resolving
- problems with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of UHD, HD and SD post procedures, file types, frame rates, transcodes,
- and tech specs encouraged
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Written and spoken fluency in business English required
- Follow instructions and handle multiple projects in busy production environment
- Must have demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and be extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to work nights and to have flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines
- Passion for problem-solving and eagerness to collaborate
- Demonstrated success in working independently and being a major contributor to production

- Forward thinking in understanding the emerging tools, technology and business practices for the digital medium, and progressive in learning the application of these tools and practices
