As a cleaner in Wheat Ridge, you will be an integral part of our team, working to ensure that our clients' buildings are always clean, safe, and in proper working order. Your ability to work independently and as a part of our team, as well as your attention to detail and excellent work ethic, will be key to your success in this role.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and breakrooms
- Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles
- Dust and clean desks, chairs, and other furniture
- Restock necessary supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Report any building maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Adherence to company drug testing and background check policies.
