Have you owned the lifecycle of clinical products related to the NGS workflow? Do you have direct exposure to Diagnostic Applications with Oncology or Haematology indications?

Bring your knowledge amp; passion to SOPHiA GENETICS as our new Product Manager for our Haemato-Oncology Portfolio.

Ideally, you'll be based in proximity to one of our offices (Boston, MA; Bidart, FR or Rolle, CH) and work on a hybrid basis (2-3 days PW), but suitably qualified candidates from across EU5 or US East Coast will be considered. Candidates based on the West Coast cannot be considered, but relocation can be supported.

Your mission:

Reporting directly to the VP, Product Management, you will globally own the complete lifecycle of the products in our Haemato-Oncology Portfolio. You'll combine the technical and commercial ability to ensure strategic product growth.

What you’ll achieve:

• Act as a true champion and owner of your products in our Haemato-Oncology application portfolio
• Own the product development and commercial launch readiness of our new haemato-oncology diagnostic applications.
• Manage your portfolio strategically from inception, through development and review and onto sunsetting for multiple product lines
• Know your market and drive commercial success with Pricing strategies, Market analysis, product delivery models and financial forecasting
• Complete stakeholder management Ensuring seamless partnership between all internal and external stakeholders incl. ability to travel up to 20% of your time

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Product Management
• Direct knowledge of Haematology Diagnostic Applications is critical, further knowledge of Oncology, AML and CLL malignancies high beneficial
• Clinical Application knowledge of the NGS workflow from library prep to data interpretation
• Strong commercial acumen, with past experience in financial forecasting and market analysis, owning the relationship with Sales and Finance
• BSc, MSc or PhD in a relevant field such as Genetics, Molecular Biology, Oncology or similar.
