With 90+ locations across 30+ states, Sono Bello is the largest and fastest-growing cosmetic surgery practice in the nation. We are looking for a gifted, sales-minded, Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Team and play an integral part in the continued growth of the company.

As a Sono Bello Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing amp; recruiting incredible sales amp; leadership candidates, managing the interview cycle, and consistently delivering a superb candidate experience from the initial phone call to the closing offer. You will work closely with our executives and Area Leaders and become an expert on all things Sono Bello.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing passive candidates, screening applicants, managing the interview process, presenting offers and hiring.
  • Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process, and act as point of contact during the selection process.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone and zoom screens to match optimal candidates to the requirements of the position.
  • Open, post, and manage requisitions in our ATS and recruiting platforms.
  • Manage our talent tracking reports, workflow, data integrity and communication through applicant tracking system and other recruiting data sources daily.
  • Schedule phone and Zoom interviews for hiring managers across multiple time zones
  • Act as a representative of Sono Bello and help to build our company’s talent brand online and at occasional in-person events.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate across HR and business groups to maximize efforts to identify and hire qualified candidates.
  • Work across the members of recruiting team to aggressively staff open positions. Develop relationships with the leadership team to collaborate during the hiring process.
  • Leverage online recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Workable and Trello to attract and actively source passive candidates.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven recruiting experience preferably in the sales industry and/or a track record of success in a consultative sales position.
  • Have worked at least one year in sales by selling products or services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years aesthetics sales experience.
  • This position will be hybrid remote. Most of this job can be performed remotely, but the employee will need to be able to come into to our office in Kirkland at least 2x per month, and more during initial training. Preference will be given to candidates in the greater Seattle area.
