Our client is seeking a GMS Application Engineer Sr to join their team. As a part of the GMS team, your expertise will be supporting a 24X7 operation that strives to enhance the quality of life of the Customers they serve.
You are someone with authoritative knowledge of Open Systems International, Inc., OSI Generation Management System, GMS, power systems and OSI Soft Historian.
The team thrives on finding innovative ways to improve the 24X7 operations of the GenDesk, developing situational awareness tools and collaborating with Client’s generation plants, ERCOT and other entities.
Work with power plants, ERCOT and other entities on implementing system changes or reviewing events.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Nine or more years of experience in developing, supporting, and troubleshooting SCADA, ICCP, GMS (AGC/ECA etc.) applications or other relevant experience.
A degree(s) in electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, or relevant field may be substituted per Client guidelines for certain years of experience.
