Job Description
Advocate Construction is a residential and commercial construction company offering roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior renovation services. Advocate Construction partners with several third parties to provide our customers with financing options. Our goal is to provide a seamless connection to ensure a positive experience.
This role will work with sales to finance projects in the solar and direct-to-consumer (non-insurance-claim-based) construction opportunities. This is a sales role but with warm leads and minimal cold calling. Branch banking experience is a good entry.
Requirements
Your efforts will include:
- Interacting with existing lenders and developing new relationships to expand our reach
- Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations
- Develop new relationships and maintain existing customer relationships throughout the loan process and loan life cycle.
- Present financial solutions based on customer needs to meet their goals.
