• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for potential projects.
• Develop and review structural designs, calculations, and construction drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the execution of construction activities and provide on-site support as needed.
• Conduct inspections and evaluations of existing structures and provide recommendations for improvements and repairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Solid knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
