Job Description
RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Designer (Civil 3D) to join our client's team. As a leading consulting engineering firm, RPO Recruitment focuses on finding the best candidates for our clients' needs. In this role, you will be responsible for using Civil 3D software to design and draft civil engineering plans and drawings for various projects. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, collaborating with a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality projects to our clients.
- Utilize Civil 3D software to create and edit 2D and 3D civil engineering designs and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop construction plans and detail drawings
- Conduct site visits to collect data and verify accuracy of existing conditions
- Prepare and revise technical specifications and reports for civil engineering projects
- Assist in the preparation of quantity take-offs and cost estimates for bidding purposes
- Ensure compliance with design standards and regulations
- Stay updated with the latest civil engineering trends and technological advancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficient in using Civil 3D software for civil engineering design and drafting
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Experience working on consulting engineering projects preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
