As the Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s future by managing all aspects of Payroll. You will lead the payroll processing and reporting and employee data accuracy in ADP Workforce Now for over 100 employees.
Overview of Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- Generate, review and audit payroll for accuracy before processing.
- Handle payroll related inquiries and resolve any payroll issues promptly.
- Compliance
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop HR policies and procedures relating to payroll with the HR Director and ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
- Acquisitions
- Manage HR integration processes for acquired companies ensuring a smooth transition of employees and payroll.
Requirements
- ADP Workforce Now experience of 2+ years REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. High School degree required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication. negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
