Job Description

As a Digital Content Coordinator at ATEC you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving engagement. You will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of digital content, including website content, social media updates, email campaigns, video campaigns, and more. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of Revolutionizing the Approach to Spine Surgery and enhancing the lives of the patients we serve.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand, values, and business goals.
  • Create compelling, informative, and engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance for marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of digital assets for surgeon customers.
  • Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search traffic and improve online visibility.
  • Create social media strategy and content calendar to maximize engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of digital content for web and social media platforms.
  • Keep ATEC website up to date with new product/procedure launches, event promotion, and other updates as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our digital content strategy.
  • Copy edit marketing materials for consistency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital content creation and management.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and proficiency in SEO tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to improving patients' lives.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1 3 Years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with video production and editing.
  • Knowledge of HTML and basic web design principles.

Salary Range

Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $26.00 to $32.00 Full-Time Hourly Range
