SALT Dental Collective provides support services to Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic practices throughout the U.S. We are currently seeking a Pediatric Billing Manager located in California to join our Revenue Cycle Management. This individual will report directly to the Senior RCM Manager and will oversee a team of billing specialists for the state of California. Provide training, mentoring as well as conducting performance evaluations, manage and balance billing workloads, oversee schedules and overtime of direct reports. This individual will follow a metric-driven environment to meet goals and to help the team perform in all areas of RCM. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and in-depth knowledge of Denti-Cal billing processes.
Requirements
The Pediatric Billing Manager performs a variety of tasks and duties including, but not limited to:
Qualifications:
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Must have experience in dental claims processing
· Must have expert knowledge (min 2 year's experience)of CalState Medicaid, California Dental Government Plans, CalAIM Incentives, NOA’s and TAR’s
· Minimum of 5 years management experience preferred
· Revenue Cycle Manage and/or DSO experience a plus
· Proficient in computers Denticon and Ascend experience preferred
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
· Well-organized, detail oriented, diligent work ethic, and proficient computer skills
· 5+ years of experience successfully managing teams
· Experience in training/coaching teams
· Demonstrated leadership with an ability to motivate direct reports
· Experience working with 3rd party clearing house and outsourced vendors
· Able to identify and analyze issues and problems, recommend, and implement solutions to improve workflows
· Thorough understanding of policies and procedures used in accounts receivable and dental billing

Salary Range: $55k-$75k, $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
