As an Amazon Brand Manager, the main purpose of this role is to lead essential activities vital to the company's success in the online marketplace. The key responsibilities of this role include:
Listing Optimisation: Effectively managing and optimising product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Coordinating A/B Testing: Collaborating on A/B testing initiatives to refine the company's product listings and improve performance.
Amazon PPC (optional): While not a mandatory requirement, experience with Amazon Pay-Per-Click advertising is a valuable asset for this role.
The objective is to appoint a dedicated individual who will take on the responsibility of overseeing all of the company's marketplaces, including the Shopify Store. A solid track record of 23 years in Amazon-focused roles, with a comprehensive understanding of Amazon operations, encompassing listing creation and maintenance, troubleshooting, and the ability to address and resolve issues across various sales channels.
Proficiency in all aspects of Amazon operations, including but not limited to listing creation, listing merging, content management, and the adeptness to troubleshoot issues such as variation problems. An effective engagement with seller and brand support services is essential.
Expertise in orchestrating product launches via PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, accompanied by the ability to analyse data for PPC campaigns and make necessary adjustments for successful launches.
Proficiency in utilising tools like Helium 10 to monitor product rankings and competence in making pricing adjustments during product launches to meet profit margin targets.
A keen aptitude for Amazon product research, allowing for the identification of lucrative opportunities.
Resilience and a proactive approach to swiftly navigate challenges and devise innovative solutions.
