Role Summary:

In this role, you’ll be tasked with performing essential duties as a program manager launching consumer electronic products using Iontra’s proprietary charge control technology. You’ll coordinate across our technical, product amp; marketing, supply chain, and executive teams to ensure your programs are on track. Success will be measured by projects being delivered on time, within budget, with high customer satisfaction while meeting project requirements. This is a full-time role located in our Centennial, CO office in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage our consumer electronics development programs ensuring program timelines are on track, spending is within budget, and product requirements are met
  • Ensure the product development process is followed including necessary deliverables to pass phase gates
  • Actively identify risks, quantify the potential impact, and drive development of mitigation plans
  • Analyze critical constraints and work with the team to make sure they are actively planned for
  • Lead resource planning and work with functional managers to resolve resource conflicts
  • Regularly communicate program status to the executive leadership team, identifying any assistance needed to ensure program success
  • Manage change control process for your programs
  • Work with management to keep motivation high, celebrate achievements, and help the team adapt to change.
  • Propose creative solutions if a project hits a critical impasse.
  • Lead lookbacks and capture lessons learned to identify best practices and improvement areas for future programs.

Requirements

You’ll Need These Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or similar field
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in consumer electronics with experience bringing at least two products from concept to market
  • Demonstrated experience managing large programs in a technical setting
  • Product development experience for electronic hardware
  • Experience with consumer product certifications such as UL, CE, FCC, and many more

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with battery technology
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Experience as an engineer developing electronic hardware
  • Experience with the launch of consumer products into the market

Salary Range: $125k - $150k (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value).
