We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish.
Corporate Recruiter responsibilities will include posting jobs requisitions, performing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. This role will support the Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring teams and candidates to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly. Ultimately, you will help Albireo Energy attract and hire the most qualified candidates for the Company’s open roles.

Responsibilities
- Post job requisitions in the applicant tracking system (Workable).
- Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
- Assist teams in screening resumes.
- Screen resumes for appropriate skills, credentials, experience, and knowledge.
- Schedule calls and interviews on behalf of the hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates promptly and provide assistance throughout the interview process.
- Use recruiting software and Excel spreadsheets to keep track of open roles.
- Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails).
- Participate in local/national recruiting events as required.
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist local HR Manager with HR special projects.
- Be a culture influencer.
Requirements
- 3-5 years as a Recruiter working in the Construction, Engineering, or related industry.
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Critical-thinking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- BS in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field.
Salary Range: $70k-$75k/yr. DOE.
